CHAPTER VII

FRED SANDERS LOVING TEMPERATURE

The next day, when Bud had not yet left the bed, he was very surprised to receive a visit from Fred.

“What the hell do you want, that you don't even let me rest when I'm comfortable?

Bud examined them with a deep glance, being pleased with his picture and, approaching them, asked:

One of them, assuming the representation of all, exclaimed in a broken voice:

"Well ... we came because ... they told us what you did last night in." "The Gold Nugget" and we wanted ...

Bud stepped forward, asking:

“Finish soon! Do you want to avenge Ray's death?

The cowboy raised his arms to heaven, exclaiming:

“God save us! We come because we have been told that you have asked for honest men and ... something brave, who are willing to help you and we ... maybe we can ...
